I’m Holli, an integrative wellness coach, soul-led entrepreneur, and the heart behind Rooted Resilience.
This program was born from my own breakdown… and breakthrough.

Despite being the picture of health on paper fit, active, eating clean. I had a heart attack in my 30s that cracked everything open. It was the wake-up call I didn’t know I needed. Because no amount of kale or cardio could fix what was going on beneath the surface.

That moment taught me what true wellness really is:
Not perfection. Not pushing through.
But presence. Regulation. Connection. Safety in your body, your breath, your life.

Now, I guide women who are holding too much stress, burnout, generational weight back to themselves through holistic coaching that blends somatic healing, nervous system support, and sustainable soul care.
